Shinjuku, Tokyo

Yesterday I and Sachit went to Shinjuku to meet our friend Suraj Shrestha. We met near the Times Square. Its like times square in New York. There are big buildings, towers and shopping malls around. However, compared to Bangkok, things in Tokyo seem to be much older. There are not too many high buildings as in Bangkok.
We went to the observatory in the Tokyo Metropolitan building (abt 40th floor a I remember). The building has twin towers joined together. We see all around Tokyo from there. Tokyo appears to be very dense. Many small houses. We see hills far away. The weather was not clear, otherwise we may have seen mount Fuji from there. The view looks nice. We also collected a lot of tourist information books from the building. I will try to visit the building again when we have time.
